CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking, Cancellation & Package Policy Each session is intentionally reserved to provide you with a personalized, uninterrupted experience. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments adjusted within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee, and missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Arriving late may result in a shortened session to honor the next client’s time, while the full service fee will still apply. All services and packages are non-refundable. Packages must be used within a year of purchase. Missed or late-canceled appointments may be deducted from your package. A card on file is required to secure your booking.
